The Florida Department of Health in Lee County’s (DOH-Lee) Immunization program offers a variety of immunizations to adults. Adults should keep necessary immunizations up-to-date as immunity from childhood can weaken off over time.
All adult (age 19 and older) and travel immunization services are provided by appointment only. Please bring all immunization records with you, and arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete registration.
Advise the nurse of your status regarding:
- Any known allergies
- Previous vaccine reactions
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, and the American Lung Association also provide immunizations.

Cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover are all accepted.
The prices for adult vaccines are listed below and are subject to change. Each price listed is per individual dose of vaccine. Prices below do not include the administration fee.

In addition to the vaccine fee, all immunizations will also require payment of $22.52 administration fee. Each additional immunization will have a $16.44 fee.
College Immunization Forms
This service is available by appointment only. DOH-Lee will complete college forms if all documentation is provided at the time of visit, including photo ID and immunization history. A fee of $25 is collected for the completion of college forms.
