The Family Planning clinic offers many services, such as pre-conception counseling, STI counseling and testing, reproductive health exams, HIV/AIDS counseling and testing, PrEP, nPEP, and pregnancy testing. All family planning services are confidential.
Medical records and lab results can be accessed through the patient portal for clients 18 years and older. Clients requesting a copy of their medical record may only walk in Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (closed from 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.), and on Friday from 8 – 10:30 a.m.
