Your Visit
The Florida Department of Health in Lee County’s Immunization Program provides immunizations for children, adults and college students, and international travelers.
Walk-in services are only available for child and school immunizations.
- Please bring your picture ID and all previous immunization records for each individual needing services to your appointment.
- Prior records must be available prior to or at visit time.
Immunization services are available at our Michigan Clinic, from 8 – 10:30 a.m. and 1 – 3:30 p.m.
Adult & Travel Immunizations
Immunizations are available to adults interested in receiving routine vaccines and others that may be considered for international travel destinations.
