Jeri Ithal, MHA, BSN, RN
Executive Community Health Nursing Director
Jeri Ithal joined the Florida Department of Health in 2022 as an Assistant Director of Nursing and has served both Lee and Collier counties. Ms. Ithal is currently the Executive Community Health Nursing Director in Lee County.
Ms. Ithal earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois and a Master of Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Ms. Ithal is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa and the National Technical Honor Societies.
She is a registered nurse with over 10 years of nursing experience and an additional 20 years of public service which included volunteer work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children. She has a passion for public health and is committed to improving outcomes for individuals and communities alike.
