Refugee Health Program

The Refugee Health Program provides health services to eligible refugees and asylees of foreign countries who relocate to Lee County, Florida. Our services include health evaluations, screenings, and immunizations.

Medical screenings and health evaluations should be completed within 90 days of the date of arrival/eligibility in the United States. We encourage contacting DOH-Lee within 30 days of arrival into the United States for an eligibility determination appointment.

Use the Refugee Health Client Checklist (English) (Spanish), to know what documents to provide and what to expect during your appointment.

Eligibility documentation can be submitted without an appointment by email at CHD36RefugeeHealth@flhealth.gov or delivered in–person at our Refugee Health Clinic

3920 Michigan Ave.
Fort Myers, FL 33916
