The Family Planning clinic offers many services, including information on baby spacing, abstinence, avoiding sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and pregnancy, and STI testing. We also offer reproductive health exams, sterilization referrals, HIV/AIDS counseling and testing, PrEP, nPEP, pregnancy testing, and emergency contraception.

All family planning services are confidential and available to all genders.

Immunization services are provided by appointment only.

Please call 239-461-6100 for an appointment.

Please note: Medical records and lab results can be accessed through the patient portal for clients 18 years and older.

Clients requesting a copy of their medical record only may walk in during business hours.

We participate in the Title X Program for female and male sterilization (bilateral tubal ligations and vasectomies). This an income-based, federally-funded program.
