February 13, 2015

Lee County, FL— The Tobacco Free Lee Coalition welcomes the public to its monthly meeting at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the North Fort Myers Florida Department of Health in Lee County conference room, 83 Pondella Road.

The agenda includes discussions about Through with Chew Week and Kick Butts Day, Students Working Against Tobacco programs and an update on the Comprehensive K-12 School Tobacco Policy. The public is always invited to speak during the open forum for coalition members and visitors.

“The Tobacco Free Lee Coalition is excited to welcome new members to join existing advocates interested in bringing about policy change through involvement from the student, business, health and hospital communities to cut tobacco use rates,” said Debora Ithier, tobacco prevention specialist with the Florida Department of Health in Lee County.

Everyone is welcome.
