The Septic Online Services site is designed to streamline your experience and provide easy access to essential services.
The goal is to make these processes as convenient and efficient as possible, ensuring you have all the information you need at your fingertips.
With this new platform, clients can effortlessly:
- Check the status of applications or revisions
- Monitor the progress of inspections
- Request new inspections
- Make online payments
- Review inspection dates
- Access state-level reports
- Submit requests to opt-out
To help you navigate the online payment system, here are a few tips:
- Use any invoice to create a payment account the first time you use the system.
- Once your account is created, you can search for any permit number.
- Permits are not available to print online.
- Applications are only forwarded for review when payment is received, and the application is complete.
- Inspectors will email the permit to the email address listed on the front of the application once it is approved.
