Florida Department of Health in Lee County Announces Changes to Services

Fort Myers, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health in Lee County (DOH-Lee) is announcing changes to their Vital Statistics and Environmental Health offices.
Vital Statistics
Effective immediately, services will be provided by appointment only, during normal hours of operation, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Vital Statistics office is located at 83 Pondella Road in North Fort Myers.
The DOH-Lee is partnered with VitalChek to provide an option for online and phone orders. Orders can be placed online by visiting VitalChek.com and by calling 1 (800)-255-2414.
Environmental Health
Beginning Thursday, March 19th through Sunday, April 19th, Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal System (OSTDS) and Tattoo submittals will be relocated the Environmental Engineering building located at 60 Danley Drive, Unit #1 in Fort Myers.
