Lee County Beach Tests Show Acceptable Levels

Lee County, Fla. Tests taken after Hurricane Milton show that there is no increased risk of illness from swimming at Lee County beaches at this time. 

Tests completed on Monday, October 14, 2024, indicate that the water quality at all Lee County beaches show an acceptable level of Enterococcus bacteria established by state guidelines. Test results are available at FloridaHealth.gov/HealthyBeaches.
