FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN LEE COUNTY HOSTING SATURDAY IMMUNIZATION CLINIC
Tdap booster required for all students entering 7th grade
Lee County, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Lee County (DOH-Lee) is reminding parents of kindergartners, 7th graders, out-of-state, transfer, and college students to make sure their children’s immunizations are up to date before the start of the new school year.
DOH-Lee is hosting a Saturday clinic to provide services only for back-to-school immunizations. All students are required to receive the Tdap booster before entering 7th grade. Children may receive the Tdap booster as early as age 11.
DOH-Lee’s Immunization Program provides routine, childhood immunizations free of charge to children 18 and under.

From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins will be accepted on a limited basis. Call 239-461-6100 for an appointment. Travel vaccinations will not be provided during this clinic.
Please remember to bring the child’s shot record and insurance card with you. You may also fax a copy to 239-332-9517 or email DOHLeeImmunizations@flhealth.gov. The parent or guardian bringing the child must provide his or her photo ID.
